ShiftRide provides contract commercial passenger transportation for registered corporate client entities operating within Karachi, Sindh. Services include scheduled factory shift shuttles, shared employee pick-and-drop commuting, and with driver executive cars.
Passengers must adhere to basic safety standards during transit. Smoking, eating hot meals, or consuming alcoholic beverages onboard is strictly prohibited. Passengers are expected to be present at designated pickup points at the scheduled time communicated via the real-time WhatsApp dispatch notification.
All vehicles operating under the ShiftRide network maintain valid commercial passenger insurance policies and multi-point commercial fleet safety inspection certificates. Liability for passenger injury or third-party property damage is governed by the laws of Sindh, Pakistan.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any contractual disputes arising between ShiftRide and corporate clients shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Karachi under the Arbitration Act 1940.
